Programmed is looking to add new team members at our client Cargill's Dimboola site.

We are currently recruiting for different types of roles, including Grain Samplers and Grain Handlers, where full training is provided. If you are a hardworking individual, a reliable team player, and have a willingness to learn, then we want to hear from you!
Grain Samplers:
- Sampling and testing the grain. Comprehensive training provided as Grain Samplers play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of grain stocks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to growers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth grain flow.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record sample details and results.
- Some general grain handler duties may also be required.
Grain Handlers:
- Receive full training to operate and maintain grain storage machinery.
- Safely load and unload grain from trucks and other equipment.
- Employ efficient shovelling, sweeping, and grain handling techniques to maximize productivity.
- Assist with grain transfer and blending operations.
- Participate in bulk storage tasks, including tarping and bunker work, to preserve grain quality.
- Work in teams to meet production requirements.
