The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in Retail Management leading a large team by example and being hands on in their approach to development and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Who we are looking for:
A dynamic and enthusiastic leader with 2 years previous management experience who can think quickly on their feet and be able to lead and develop a large team of up to 15 staff. You will need to be hands on whilst having a clear understanding of day to day store operations including rostering, inventory management as well as providing an exceptional customer experience on a daily basis.
