Skills & Experience we're looking for
- A proven record of success in driving sales and service standards in a management setting
- Be able to coach a team to reach personal and store KPI's
- The ability to lead from the front
- Understand roster and wage management
- Be across shrinkage and stock KPI's
- Understand VM and have impeccable shop standards
- Have excellent time management and communication skills
