Are you an experienced Grant Writer with a proven track record of successfully securing funding for various projects? If so, we want to hear from you. Our orginisation is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Grant Writer on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities that align with the organisation's mission and goals.
Develop and write compelling grant proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to grant guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and data necessary for grant applications.
Manage the entire grant application process, from initial research to submission and follow-up.
Stay informed about industry trends, funding sources, and best practices in grant writing.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing, with a demonstrated track record of successful grant acquisitions.
Strong research skills to identify and evaluate potential funding sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with diverse funding sources, including government grants, private foundations, and corporate giving programs.
