The Opportunity

We are seeking a well organised, detail oriented Grants Officer to join our Maritime team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the continued development of two highly successful grant schemes: the Coastal Adaptation and Protection (CAP) Grant and the Recreational Boating Facilities Scheme (RBFS). You will drive the grant application and assessment process, draft recommendations to the Minister and manage the day-to-day administration of both grant programs.

We have 1 x permanent fulltime position available for immediate filling.

About you

  • Manage the day-to-day finance and general administration of grant schemes.
  • Develop and implement initiatives through close liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigate and analyse issues and develop and implement initiatives to improve the Coastal Adaptation and Protection Grant and the Recreational Boating Facilities Scheme
  • Cultivate strong, productive working relationships and partnerships.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
