About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our IT Support team based at Hendra.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with the Systems team & Business Analyst to assist with implementing the Group systems improvement plan (in line with business strategy and priorities)
- Assist in the day to day management of support tickets for core financial and operational systems by performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
- Develop reports based on end-user requirements using built-in reporting tools as well as external tools such as Power BI and SQL Server.
- Manage requests for changes to IT systems by analysing requirements and designing, developing and implementing solutions with strong focus on stakeholder management.
- Identify, Build & maintain integrations between applications to streamline processes and reduce manual data entry.
- Assist with configuring and implementing new applications.
About You
- Bachelors degree in IT or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in ERP or operational systems
- Strong problem solving skills with a logical thought process
- Enthusiastic learner that always looks to improve
- Can-do attitude
- SQL/BI experience would be beneficial
- Previous experience in working with ERP systems would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
