Graphic Design And Social Media Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: 

Are you a Graphic Design and Social Media aficionado looking to join a growing team of creative professionals? The Thieves are on the hunt for an experienced Graphic Design and Social Media Coordinator who is on the cutting edge of digital design. 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Design and Social Media Coordinator will play an integral role in the team, working with the sales and brewery team to develop digital collateral and creative assets. 

Whilst some days you will be out on site, shooting campaigns or TikTok content, other days you will be developing assets for the sales team and updating the Running with Thieves external channels. 

Not only will the chosen individual need to be proficient in all areas of Graphic Design, they will also need to be passionate and think strategically about how to reach and influence audiences.

Situated on the doorstep of South Beach (how lucky are we!) Running with Thieves is a brewery and distillery destination that produces award-winning products from Head Brewer Paul Gasmier. We are a friendly, fast-paced, collaborative team who work together to achieve desired outcomes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop engaging and unique digital designs for print, digital, social and eDM marketing
• Owning all Running with Thieves external channels including Social Media accounts, eDM, Shopify and website development 
• Development and implementation of Social Media campaigns that align with the marketing calendar (the more fun and creative the better!)
• Responsible for the reporting of Social Media growth and analytics
• End-to-end development of creative assets for marketing and sales use 
• Development of digital renders for external use  
• Fulfilling all online orders and updating online stock take on Shopify 
• Support the Marketing Manager with Design and production requirements for events and activations

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

• 2-3 Years experience in a Graphic Design role or similar 
• High competency with Adobe Creative Suite 
• Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently AND collaboratively to ensure deadlines are met
• Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated experience running business Social Media platforms  

DESIRABLE:

• You have a genuine passion for all things Social Media and Graphic Design, you keep up to date on the latest campaigns from across the globe which inspires you to create your own! 
• Experience with Premier Pro or similar video editing programs 
• Experience with Shopify / Buffer / Klaviyo digital programs 
• Understanding the goals of a brewery/distillery venue such as Running with Thieves
