Job Overview:
Komo is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Perth. As a Graphic Designer at Komo, you will be responsible for crafting visual content that communicates our brand's vision and engages our target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to produce designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and strategically effective.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, banners, digital ads, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive designs that reflect Komo's corporate culture and goals.
- Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Review junior designers' drafts to ensure quality.
- Generate fresh concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional design role.
- Strong portfolio of design work covering various styles and projects.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with Web & Graphic Design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
