ELLIATT is an Australian designed contemporary female fashion brand, selling in major department and E-commerce stores across the world including Nordstrom's, Bloomingdales, Saks, Revolve and Myer! This exciting role enables you to work alongside our beautiful product in our studio based in vibrant Surry Hills, Sydney.

About the role :

As Graphic Design and Social MediaCoordinator at globally successful Elliatt, you will be executing all digital and brand marketing assets to meet exciting growth goals. Driving customer conversion and planning & executing viral content across all marketing platforms in our business.

Based in vibrant Surry Hills in a fashion studio you will be coordinating all aspects of our brand communication strategy, successfully driving growth in brand awareness & customer acquisition.

You will be driving the effective optimisation of all organic digital advertising and promotional activity to deliver return on investment, creating consistency across all communication touch points in line with brand identity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual and seasonal digital marketing strategies globally
• Plan, execute, and manage a marketing communications calendar that aligns brand and product initiatives to drive sales, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels- online and wholesale
• Plan and execute seasonal communication strategies through digital channels, aligning closely with key business stakeholders and partners.
• Develop and deliver events and activations at a level that engages customers and delivers growth & brand awareness
• Implement our company's Social Media platform strategy (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & TikTok), including creating and scheduling engaging content, managing copywriting for all posts, creation of stories and reels, overseeing content plans for effective brand engagement
• Management & planning of all EDM Mail outs
• Guide & continuously review digital marketing strategy & budgets
• Manage outside PR agencies
• Overseeing the sourcing and management of Influencers and brand collaborations, both gifting & sponsored
• Work closely with digital marketing agencies and affiliate platforms to ensure optimal cross-channel performance and ROI
• Working with sales teams to understand global collection launches and Key major account requirements
• Financial coordination of budget to ensure that marketing expenditures align with business, aiming for cost-effectiveness
• Assist in tracking and analysing Social Media and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Oversee and assign work to Interns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Social Media platforms, and marketing strategies to ensure our company maintains a competitive edge

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 2- 3 years digital and or Social Media experience, people management experience is advantageous 
• Experience with brands in the fashion or beauty advantageous
• Solid contemporary knowledge of digital tools, platforms and channels and a good understanding of technology management
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet the department objectives
• Excellent communication skills, confidence and ability to influence key stakeholders to drive change and encourage collaboration
• Experience using data analytics and insight analytic tools, including Google Analytics 
• Proven experience driving online growth 
• Good creative eye for branding & bringing the brands vision to life
• Adobe Suite skills eg/ Photoshop, Illustrator & indesign or Canva is essential
• Degree or certification in Graphic Design or Marketing desirable
