Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full design process, from conceptualization to production, ensuring the delivery of visually engaging and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
?Design and produce high-quality graphic materials for digital and print media.
?Lead brand standards with consistent and creative design content.
?Create digital assets like eDMs, landing pages, display ads, and social media ads.
?Develop print materials including booklets, flyers, posters, and signage.
?Craft product-associated imagery for items such as milk-tea cups, merchandise, and in-store posters.
?Work collaboratively with the interior design team to create visually cohesive materials for store decor and branding.
?Generate a diverse range of artwork, including iconography, infographics, illustrations, and more.
?Engage closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored designs that meet specific briefs.
?Be an integral part of a large marketing team, ensuring all designs are thoughtfully crafted and on-brand.
?Ensure finished artwork is of high quality, paying close attention to detail.
?Interpret design briefs effectively and transform them into superior design solutions.
?Use established brand identity to create modern and sleek designs.
?Manage timelines efficiently to provide design options to stakeholders.
?Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and marketing.
?Seek opportunities for design process automation and innovation.
Requirements:
?At least bachelor's degree
?Extensive experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
?Mastery of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools. Photography skills are a plus.)
?Understanding of Chinese and Australian cultures
?Fluent in both Mandarin and English
?Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
?Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
?Acute attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
