Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator - Onsite at our Brisbane HQ

Yumplicity Food Group is looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator, that is keen to enter the next stage in their career and hungry to get exposure to a wide range of creative marketing disciplines including photography, videography, product and packaging design as well as content marketing & digital design.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced Graphic Designer adept at both print and digital design, with a great portfolio showcasing your exceptional creative skills. You will be a passionate creative, that doesn't mind dabbling in a few creative disciplines, as well as being able to apply a strategic and commercial mindset to your everyday work.

Ideally, you'll have a university degree in a related discipline and a couple of years work experience under your belt, and you might be wanting to take the next step in your career or eager for a role that allows you more leadership experience & creative autonomy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brands, driving creative excellence across all channels.

• Develop and execute the overall creative direction for our entire portfolio of brands ensuring that all creative aligns with our brand values and strategic objectives
• Conceptualise and oversee the production of content for our digital platforms including websites, social media, email marketing and online
• Efficiently manage resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Uphold brand guidelines rigorously, maintaining consistency and the highest level of quality across all touchpoints.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting creativity, open communication, and professional growth within the team. 
• Help foster a culture of excellence and innovation
• Collaborate closely with the sales and events team to develop integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and resonate with our customers

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• A great portfolio showcasing your exceptional creative skills
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 2+ years’ experience in Graphic Design
• Industry knowledge within food retail brands, hospitality or foodservice is highly regarded
• Degree qualification in Communications, Graphic Design or related
