Job Title:Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract (4 days a week, with the flexibility to work 5 days during peak seasons if required)

Responsibilities:
- As a hybrid position primarily focused on graphic design with a marketing component, we're seeking a creative thinker who can bring fresh and innovative ideas to both design and marketing projects.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually compelling graphics for various platforms (mainly digital) including social media, website, email marketing campaigns and the occasional piece of packaging.
- Proficiency in photography basics is essential, including capturing in-house clothing and model imagery for e-commerce purposes, along with performing any necessary basic editing or retouching tasks.
- Handle marketing tasks including but not limited to scheduling social media post scheduling (Facebook, Instagram) and edms (Klaviyo).
- Collaborate closely with the owner to align design and marketing strategies including seasonal launch campaigns and promotions.
- Planning photoshoot campaigns for seasonal launches including admin as well as creative art direction. Note: you will not be required to photograph these shoots, we have our own freelance photographer that we use consistently.
- Experience in Shopify platform, including banner management and familiarity with apps and integrations for enhancing the online store.
- Having experience in creating reels for various social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook would be beneficial.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma qualifications in Graphic Design.
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in a design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (basic knowledge of Premiere Pro would be advantageous).
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Photography experience ideally with clothing/model e-commerce photography.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to contribute creatively to marketing strategies.
- A creative individual with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or as required by project demands.
