The Opportunity
An exciting role for a highly creative Graphic Designer to play an integral role in accelerating UNIQLO Australia's visual communication to continuously engage and connect with customers across Australia. As our Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to help UNIQLO extend our customer-centric LifeWear philosophies into visually captivating assets across multiple touch points. We are looking for a passionate team player to work alongside like-minded peers to bring more value to our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging in-store marketing and merchandising collateral
- Develop assets to support omnichannel marketing across stores, OOH, eCommerce, social, email, display, other digital touchpoints and more
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage the end-to-end design of key campaigns. Key stakeholders include Marketing/PR, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations and eCommerce
- Work collaboratively with our design agency on mid to long term projects
- Proactively provide creative solutions to continuously improve UNIQLO's visual communication with our customers
- Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in a graphic design or similar role
- Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus but not essential
- Proficient in the Adobe suite of programs, predominantly on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Sufficient skills in utilising video editing and/or animation software
- Highly creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
- Strong project management skills with the capability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Deep understanding of working with brand guidelines, capability to adapt, localise and elevate UNIQLO's brand and tone of voice
- Strong understanding of the latest design industry trends and best practices
- Commercial awareness on how to elevate business outcomes
- Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment is desirable
