About the role
We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to work 20-30 hours per week on a consistent basis. The role would suit someone looking to work school hours.
A core requirement for this role is a fundamental understanding of the sophistication inherent in design simplicity “less is more”, the interplay between visual and text narrative, and intuitive user experience.
The role has highly varied tasks that include:
- Design visually appealing graphics (including digital marketing materials, social media assets, short e-book production, and e-mail campaigns
- WordPress website updates
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects
- Coordinate marketing materials and assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily accessible
- Campaign support - collaborate with team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule
- General production and workflow duties
Requirements for this role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design
- 2 years’ experience in web based graphic design
- High levels of experience using relevant software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
- A Passion for great design and visual communication
- An eye for pixel-perfect design
- A portfolio of relevant digital work
- Obsession with creating a simple user experience
- Ability to take a brief and create multiple concepts /mock-ups
- Experience in WordPress
- HubSpot experience highly advantageous
- 20-30 hrs per week (opportunity to go full time)
