About the Opportunity
The Graphic Design position represents an exciting opportunity to play a role in supporting the Senior Manager of Creative Strategy & Services to drive a culture of consistent, brand aligned and high-quality creative across the business.
This role will play an important role in developing creative assets for both internal and external use. They will be involved in a broad array of external marketing activities, including but not limited to the creation of compelling print and digital assets, social media graphics, customer communications, and product packaging.
The Graphic Designer will work on the design aspect of business reports and planning documents, communicating complex data in a compelling and simple way. They will create high-impact presentation slides for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, covering an array of topics including company overviews, business strategies and financial updates.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing marketing materials for print and digital, social media graphics, customer communications, and product packaging
- Managing the design aspect of high-impact documents including business reports, planning documents and presentation slides
- Working with stakeholders and external agencies on aligned asset creation
About you
You are a professional Graphic Designer, action-oriented, creative, good at translating briefs into compelling and business-aligned creative, and passionate about supporting business objectives. You are organised, efficient, adaptable and have a solution-focused attitude. You’re inquisitive, proactive, eager to get stuff done, and enjoy building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders across the business.
What are we looking for:
- 5+ years proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
- Experience in working with brand guidelines to create consistent visual assets
- Experience in creating and presenting design proposals to teams or clients
- Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
