Role Summary:
As a GRC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization. You will lead initiatives to maintain and improve audit and compliance controls, develop operational policies, and guide risk-based approaches to information security.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cyber Audit Compliance:
  
  • Maintain and review compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Lead audits and develop risk management processes.
• Risk Management:
  
  • Engage stakeholders to identify and assess risks.
  • Support risk mitigation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers and reports.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Lead IT risk assessments and develop a GRC-based risk process.
• Identify, assess, and treat risks in alignment with industry standards.
