AddressLocated in the heart of Holdfast Shores, Glenelg, Seafire on the Marina is looking for an experienced and dedicated Grill Chef to work in our kitchen to deliver larger volumes of food at the highest of standards to our clientele.

About You:
- 2+ years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment on a grill
- Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
- Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
- A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
