You must have flexibility for a 7-day roster, including split shifts.
You are calm during peak periods.
You have the ability to mentor and guide junior chefs.
You have a knowledge of Asian & European cuisines coupled with the ability to design innovative menus.
You have experience with budgets, rostering, forecasting, stock and cost control.
You will have a genuine desire to contribute towards the success of 1918 Bistro & Grill.
