Form of workWe are currently seeking an Experienced Grill Chef, Pan Chefs & Larder Chefs for our new Steakhouse Restaurant in Wetherill Park NSW opening in November 2023 , you will be working at our Blacktown, Parramatta or Bankstown locations for the time being and getting training until the new Wetherill park restaurant is open
To be successful in this role you must possess the following attributes:
a great deal of hands-on experience in steak & ribs preferably at a large restaurant or a hotelmust know various meat and steak cuts to select and cook perfect steaks and ribsmust have experience in preparing various contemporary sauces and condimentspossess great culinary presentation and plating skillsknows pastas and pan work is preferred but not essentialmust be a smart planner of menus, food, and inventorywork collaboratively with other chef, cooks and train as see fitensure and adheres to workplace health and food safety standardsProven capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team including floor staff(Sponsorship Available)If you feel that you possess the above skills and attributes, then don't think twice since we are looking for a right candidate to start asap
