We are seeking an experienced individual for the position of Short Order Grill Cook/Chef to complement our highly successful team at our bp Marulan sites.
Ideally you will have commercial cooking experience in a face paced environment, but also must be able to work well within a team to ensure high quality food is delivered to our customers at all times.
Your responsibilities as a Short Order Grill Cook/Chef will include, but not be limited to:
- Following company set procedures including recipe cards & display planograms.
- Prepping food when required with haste.
- Cooking meals to order.
- General kitchen cleaning & hygiene compliance (including dishwashing).
- Maintaining hot food display presentation.
- Maintaining cold food display presentation.
- Following portion control procedures.
- Compliance with all HSSE requirements
- Hands on customer service when required.
- Operating a POS system and cash handling when required.
- Standard restaurant operations.
Even though this role is kitchen based, there is times throughout the shift when counter service and coffee making may be required. Training provided.

This position will commence as a casual position but can be rolled into full time after successful probation period.
