DOGUE Burwood Brickworks is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Boutique Manager to drive the success of their Sustainable Store and Salon

About the Role
- Manage the day-to-day store operations
- Lead the team of Retail Assistants and Groomers
- Driving sales and achieve retail and services targets
- Staff performance management and rostering
- Train and motivate the team
- Get creative and put your marketing skills to work by developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Implement effective strategies to boost revenue, such as upselling additional services and retail products.
- Collaborate with local businesses, veterinarians, and pet-related organizations to establish beneficial partnerships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, attend trade shows, and seek out exciting opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain meticulous financial records and oversee efficient cash management procedures.
- Establish and maintain an exceptional customer experience

About you
You are passionate and eager to deliver the most superior and caring customer experience to our customers, both two and four-legged.
- Proven managerial experience in a management role, preferably in a salon or retail environment.
- Possess excellent knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming techniques, and industry best practices.
- Previous grooming experience is a bonus!
- Results driven, self-motivated and confident to work with autonomy
- Proficient computer skills for managing appointments, records, and financial data.
- Competent working in a fast-paced challenging environment
- Ability to set and achieve goals, targets and KPIs
- Professional and positive attitude
- Proven ability to lead a high performing team
- Focused on excellent customer service, client experience and sales
- Must be an Australian citizen or hold permanent residency.
