If you are a qualified Occupational Therapist, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on board as a part or full-time therapist. We have a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes clinician guided booking, caseload monitoring, career development alignment, flexible work hours, complexity management and shared case load framework. In addition, we imbed comprehensive administrative support to ensure client experience and team performance is enhanced.

Who is Kadia?

The Founder:
When you join Kadia, you also get direct access to our founder Janelle Arnold. She has worked across healthcare in private and public spaces, and is driven in her pursuit of growing OT's to be their best selves and providing support to the wider OT community because of her experience as a sister of someone who lived with disability. She believes every single person, no matter their life challenge or disability holds inherent value - and deserve to live with deep, meaningful enrichment.
Janelle knows that to have a rippling effect across the world of those living with disability and disease in Australia, it starts right at the ‘home’ of each Therapist. This philosophy is what drives Janelle to ensure the Kadia Leadership and team members are provided the structure and support to thrive, as well as the space and autonomy to step into the opportunities available.

Our dedicated team is located in the highly accessible Eastern Melbourne suburb of Ringwood. Our head office is in the Eastland shopping center, providing opportunities for center-based intervention whilst ensuring we optimise our community reach.
Our state-of-the-art office provides an exceptional experience for therapists who appreciate varied working environments, catering for those who need a quieter space, or love working around a buzzing atmosphere.
Access to our peripheral state of the art offices in Narre Warren, Scoresby, Bundoora are available along with working from home.
