Programmed’s Property Services has multiple Grounds & Garden Maintenancepositions available to join our social housing contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new contract with ongoing work and stability. Working across the inner western suburbs of Sydney, you will be responsible for maintaining the ground and gardens of the housing complexes. Due to the nature of the work, candidates will be required to complete a satisfactory Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol screening and a Pre-Employment Medical.
Nature of position: Full-Time
Location: Inner Western Sydney
Reporting line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
- Routine mowing and turf maintenance
- Pruning and shaping across the grounds
- Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
- Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
- Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
To join our team, ideally you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, although not required. A passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have
- Current driver's license
- Vaccinated for covid
- Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
- Execute work that is of a high standard
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
