This role is based at our Yarra Valley location.

Who we are looking for:

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, can handle the demands of peak tourist season, master of time management, and bursting with a helpful attitude.

 Previous experience and a Victorian driver's license will be needed.

Your gig:

Keep our park looking awesome! This includes customer service, tending to gardens, trees, and beyond. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to preserve the park's and its amenities and aid in continuously maintaining buildings, plants, and equipment, making sure routine servicing and replacements are done as needed.

Regular duties of Grounds and Maintenance include:

• Deliver a high level of Customer Service to our guests and senior homeowners.
• Maintain park gardens, lawns, roads, gutters and pathways in accordance with policies. 
• Maintain trees to ensure a safe environment for all guests and team members.
• Hedging, mowing, pruning, trimming and mulching throughout the park as required.
• Pest and weed control.
• Maintain building, plants, equipment, swimming pools, spas and waste removal.
• Coordinate vehicle checks and services when necessary.
• Respond to urgent repairs for our guest accommodation.
• Be responsible with the use of all equipment.
