Grounds Maintenance - Leading Hand

A little about the role: the Leading Hand is responsible for materials, tools, equipment, vehicles and plant in the employee’s use and used by others under your supervision.

Essential Criteria:

 ·     3+ years' experience in similar role and/or relevant qualification in Horticulture, Irrigation 

·     Current valid HR Licence

·     White Card

·     OCHRE Card

·     Current National Police Clearance

·     Ability to pass Fit for Work Assessment

Desirable:

·     Current First Aid Certificate

·     Small Engines Qualification

·     Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict

·     Excellent communication skills

·     Good understanding of safe work practice

·     Understanding of how to care for tools and equipment.
