Form of workAn exciting opportunity has opened up for a fresh face to join our Grounds maintenance management team on our Defence Base Services team in Katherine, based at RAAF Base Tindal.
You will be provided with a highly efficient and hard-working team to deliver our Defence Base Services contract, along with transparent communication and mentoring from the Operations Managers.
If you are proactive, energetic, client-facing, and want to develop further, this could be the role for you!

Your Duties;
- Organise a weekly work schedule
- Manage a crew of up to 12 staff
- Delegate tasks
- Get the most out of your team!
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
- Order equipment and resources
- Hands-on maintenance work
- Report into an Operations Manager
What you will need?
- 2-4+ years' experience within a management role
- Personable and presentable
- Strong computer/IT knowledge
- Strong managerial and organisational skills
