Gardener/Grounds Worker required to work in a cemetery in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
Are you looking for a rewarding and stable job in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney? Do you have experience in landscaping, gardening, or cemetery maintenance? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our cemetery grounds maintenance staff position!
As a cemetery grounds maintenance staff, you will be responsible for:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging the grass around the graves and monuments
- Planting, watering, and pruning flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Removing litter, debris, and weeds from the cemetery grounds
- Following health and safety regulations and respecting the dignity of the deceased and their families
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A valid driving licence
- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or cemetery maintenance is essential.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- A respectful and compassionate manner towards the bereaved and the deceased
The pay rate for this position is $33 per hour.
