About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Property Services department are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our Grounds Team in WA. This is a great opportunity to be a part of our teams that are responsible for grounds maintenance across metropolitan Perth working on existing and new mowing contracts. This position reports to our Project Manager and is responsible for the onsite implementation of grounds maintenance across metropolitan Perth.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves project planning, work scheduling, on-site supervision of employees and auditing the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner. You will have strong time management skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality service to our existing and future customers.

About You

To join our team, you will have experience in grounds maintenance as a Team Leader as well as a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Qualifications or experience in Horticulture
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver’s license & HR license
  • Experience with a ride on mower
