- Craft and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead and oversee the activities of various business units, fostering collaboration and achieving synergy.

- Seasoned COO or similar executive level experience, proven to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated background in one or more of the following sectors: agriculture, Food Distribution, or food retail.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
