Full-Time, Maximum Term Contract until December 2024 Hybrid model, centrally located to Brisbane CBD and working from home SCHADS Level 5, (plus super and salary packaging) Role Purpose The Group Facilitator represents FIH at conferences, presentations, network meetings and primarily facilitates in-person and online group financial wellbeing workshops and webinars, they also assist with individual support to facilitate participant referrals into the hub. The role requires intra and interstate travel and is undertaken in person and online from GSANZ offices, stakeholder colocation sites and work from home. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver financial wellbeing workshops and coaching in group settings to build Financial Independence. Assist with the adaptation, review and continuous improvement of FIH groupwork resources to meet the needs of participant cohorts and service location. Contribute to the planning and organising of co-location workspaces and participate in on-going work at various co-location sites.
