About the role
The Service Manager is responsible for the quality service delivery in their specified area, ensuring that all services are delivered safely and effectively for both staff and clients and that clients’ support needs are met by suitably qualified and skilled staff. The opportunity is for you to bring your energy and expertise to further evolve our integrated care model and service offering across Tasmania.
Your main duties will include:
- Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary’s values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect.
- Leadership attributes and a passion for delivering service excellence.
- Developing our Calvary integrated care system through networking and business growth
About you
- A relevant Tertiary Qualification in Nursing or a health related field
- License
- Community Health Services experience
- A self-motivated professional with strong business acumen
