Group Fitness Coach - Bodyfit Training Riverstone

BFT Riverstone are looking to grow our team and find casual coaches that will add value to our community. We are a no ego gym and prioritise bringing the ultimate vibe & coaching expertise to our members every session. If you have great energy, knowledge & initiative, we want YOU!

We are offering flexible hours and happy to negotiate hours with the right candidate, plus provide all training on BFT and our programs, as well as ongoing professional development.

Day-to-day, this role involves the delivery of BFT programs. With 14 class types on offer, you must be able to clearly and confidently explain & demonstrate classes, manage dynamic groups, while also providing individual attention to members across each session. Your knowledge of exercises, training formats, progressions and regressions must be second-to-none. Other tasks will include basic cleaning, packing up class & setting up for next day, liaising with members on a trial to help convert into an active member.

We have a growing member base and have developed an unrivalled community environment within our studio, so are looking for someone who is excited to join this and bring their own flare!

What we need from you:

• A true passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals
• The ability to lead and assist exercise demonstration and delivery of daily programs
• Confidence in educating members about BFT programming, exercise regressions and progressions
• Help in maintaining a high standard of studio presentation, including daily equipment set up and pack down
• Good time management and organisational skills 

Qualifications and skills necessary for the role:

• Certificate IV in Fitness
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Strength and Conditioning Certificate (Desirable)
• Group Training and / or Personal Training Experience
• Customer Service and Member Engagements Skills
• Availability to work early mornings and evenings, Monday - Saturday
