SalaryWe are looking for someone to join our new Strength & Conditioning concept who is truly passionate about coaching and helping others achieve their goals while having a great time doing it. This role will be located at our Hornsby Studio.
Our trainers need to be experienced and able to run group conditioning classes with a high energy level, expertise knowledge and be able to motivate our clients as best possible!

Hours
10-15 hours part time with the opportunity for permanent part time hours.
Flexible availability to be able to work across a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
Must be available Nights & weekends
Responsibilities
- Conduct and instruct motivational group classes
- Deliver classes to the Opulent Group Game Changers standard
- Lead the team of trainers to deliver to the same standards
- Build strong rapport with clients
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the studio
Role Requirements
- 1+ Years' Experience In Personal Training and/or Group Fitness preferred
- Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified (Cert IV highly desirable)
- Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
- Passionate about fitness
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
