The Role:
As General Manager, you will:

What We’re Looking For:
- A hands-on leader with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role with proven success managing and growing small to medium-sized venues
- A high level of personal organisation and accountability
- Strong understanding of financial control systems, leadership, recruitment, and training in hospitality environments
- Ability to foresee challenges and create cost-effective solutions
- Passion for industry innovation and maintaining high standards of service
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coaching skills to effectively lead, motivate, and engage with team members, suppliers, customers and industry professionals
