Group Managing Director - Melbourne Or Adelaide

u&u Recruitment Partners are exclusively partnering with a high growth technology management business looking to further expand their operating capacity and portfolio businesses here in Australia. Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial and established leader who has a successful track record of working in high growth technology and business environments.
 
This position provides critical leadership to a host of companies within a growing software niche. As leader and manager of a portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the business’s strategic plan spanning sales, R&D, customer service and professional services.
 
You will be responsible for devising the long range annual and quarterly financial results and communicate a clear set of objectives and strategy to the business. You will also be charged with:

• Driving revenue growth and executing growth strategies into adjacent markets;
• Driving KPIs for the Sales team and managing key relationships with large accounts;
• Planning and executing a long range Customer Success program;
• Balance an effective R&D strategy; and
• Drive EBITDA, and ROI and work closely with the group CFO.

You will ideally have prior experience in a senior leadership role and from a technology or B2B software company. A natural people leader who can drive the financial health of the business and deal effectively in the high growth nature of the business.
 
The role can be based in Melbourne or Adelaide and will require regular travel.
