We are looking for the very BEST group trainers to join our studio. Personality PLUS is essential - If you're professional, personable, approachable, and outgoing read on -
Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes
- Motivate gym members during and after training
- Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology
- Ensure clients are using the correct form at all times
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment
- Welcome clients by name and build rapport
- Continue to build the community culture of the studio
Availability
You must be flexible to work shifts in the mornings/evenings and rotate weekend shifts with other team members.
Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions
- Excellent verbal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to motivate clients
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude toward clients
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
- Excellent attention to detail
- Happy, positive, fun and friendly personality

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Cert III or Cert IV in Group Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- All necessary Insurances
