Your opportunity
We have a great a great opportunity for a Manager Group Finance to join our team where you will be managing the financial reporting and compliance obligations of Scentre Group and 2 stapled entities. This role is responsible for delivering the consolidation and reporting obligations of the stapled Scentre Group as well as the SGT1 and SGT2 sub-consolidated groups, and business partner with internal and external stakeholders including other Scentre Group Finance teams, Tax, Legal, external Auditors and JV Partners.
- Manage the half year and year-end financial reporting process for the stapled Trusts (SGT1 and SGT2 consolidated groups and their controlled entities) including delivering softclose, financial consolidation, half year and annual financial reports, cash flow statements, statement disclosures and supporting analysis in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements and ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial data.
- Responsible for the Group property and NOI analysis supporting the Group consolidated results.
- Manage the Annual Subtrust financial statements and unit issues process
- Manage the month end process for the stapled Trusts, including review of relevant month end reconciliations, monthly Windsor accounts, BAS and other recurring deliverables for Australia and NZ.
- Provide accounting support for transactional and ad hoc projects.

- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong technical and consolidation knowledge and experience
- Microsoft Excel - advanced
- JD Edwards - preferred
- OneStream - preferred
