Role
The Group Services Manager holds a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality group learning and support services to participants attending campuses in the northern metropolitan region of Melbourne.
Reporting to the General Manager Client Services, the manager plays a vital role in fostering a culture committed to innovation, continuous improvement, safety, and well-being.
Required to lead and support a culture of continuous improvement, oversee the effective management and coordination of Group Services campuses, and work with the executive team to develop and expand program directions in alignment with companies strategic priorities.
Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to quality assurance and risk.
- A tertiary qualification in Quality, Risk, and Compliance or a related business field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in specialist areas such as quality and clinical assurance, broad organizational-wide quality management systems, safety, and leadership.
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Assurance.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Current Driver Victorian Drivers License.
- Knowledge and understanding of Disability Services Act 2006, NDIS, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and related accreditation standards.
- Experience in managing change and developing cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of financial processes related to individual funding and budgets.
