Service Stream’s Corporate division is seeking 2 part time Receptionists for a job share position, the role encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on maintaining seamless front-of-house operations and supporting overall office functionality. Additionally, this position involves providing coverage for other receptionist during sick days and annual leave, allowing for expanded hours and potential full-time opportunities.
Please note that this role is strictly in-office and does not allow for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining presentation of the front of house areas and a professional presentation at all times
- Be the first point of contact for Employees, Visitors and Members attending the Corporate Office
- Answering all incoming calls and provide first call resolution
- Management of meeting rooms, including bookings and cleanliness
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, including adherence to legal requirements
- Booking couriers, keeping a record of the bookings and following up on any delays experienced
- Manage incoming enquires through the shared inbox
- Maintain access passes and register for visitors
- Maintaining office printers, restocking and ordering supplies are required
- Managing inventory of office and kitchen supplies and ordering as necessary
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the staff kitchen area
- Organising catering for meetings, functions and events, as required
- Assisting with set up and pack down for internal events
- Other general reception and administrative support as required
About you:
- Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with frequent interruptions at times
- Have discretion and confidentiality, with an ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A flexible work approach and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
