Job tasks and responsibilities
Your role will be to maintain excellent customer service at the service department front counter and liaise with workshop staff, sales staff and the Service Manager to ensure that all work is completed on time and repaired to a high quality,
You will need to have a particular focus on the needs of our customers.
Customer satisfaction and retention is very important to our team and our future.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To ensure customers receive prompt, courteous and efficient attention
- Ensure phones are answered promptly.
- To maintain a close liaison with customers to ensure the Dealership retains customers as "Satisfied Owners".
- Solicit customers for service work by phone and direct mail.
- Work to improve your own skill levels within current job function and operation of computer equipment.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this roles you will hold these essential qualities:
- Experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment or relevant experience in a frontline customer service role,
- Reliable and a team player,
- Outstanding communication skills,
- Ability to multi task,
- A go getter!
- A Victorian Drivers License is essential
