Trade Travel has provided quality touring and a specialised service to our clients since 1992. We specialise in providing end to end travel solutions for the mature traveller. Our tours span across both domestic and international destinations, tailored specifically to meet the client’s unique need, and we are looking for an experienced group travel consultant to join our dynamic reservations team.
About You:
- Highly motivated, efficient organiser, and work well in a team environment
- Previous experience working in Group Tour and Travel - International Travel experience preferred
- Global Distribution System (GDS) exposure
- Ability to work closely with the External Sales Team to deliver quality touring experiences
- Have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving
- Experience in account management including preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintain financial documents
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service in order to sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and related travel over the phone and via email
- Display a true passion for helping your clients
- Able to work out of Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or hybrid.
