The Role

As the Group Treasurer you will be responsible for managing the entire Treasury function as well as the below:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive securitisation and funding strategy.
• Cultivate and maintain strong external relationships with financial institutions.
• Develop a strategy to optimise both securitisation and funding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute capital market transactions.
• Oversee liquidity risk management.
• Implement and maintain robust liquidity forecasting models.
• Develop and execute hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards related to funding activities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with external financing providers.
• Develop and maintain strong internal relationships across the business.
• Manage a high-performing team of 5.

Your Profile

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant experience working in a treasury function and will ideally be equipped with the following:

· 10+ years of experience across treasury including securitisation and funding

· Team management experience

· Prior experience in the financial services

· Technical treasury skills as well as excellent relationship management acumen
