We are a boutique Real Estate Agency in Sylvania Waters looking for an experienced Property Manager to work three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Minimum 2 years experience with Tribunal experience preferred. You must be a self-starter, proactive, well presented and have good communication skills. Must hold a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration and have your own car and current drivers licence. Excellent remuneration for the right candidate.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Day to day running of portfolio, manage and build relationships with landlords
- Arrange repairs and maintenance
- Reviewing and approving Tenancy Applications
- Preparing Tenancy Agreements
- Willing to conduct outgoing, in-going and routine inspections
- Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants as well as bond management
- NCAT/Tribunal attend and prepare documents where required
- Rent reviews and liaising with landlords
- Lease renewals and rent increases
