The Group Treasury Data &Systems Initiative Lead and Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Liquidity Enhancements change initiative for group's balance sheet modelling system (OFSAA) as well as supporting wider Treasury business deliverables. You will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis and on-going support of delivery for that initiative, remediation of existing data quality issue, data mapping and data mining. The role requires candidate to work across an array of stakeholders within Group Treasury as well as various Project and Technology teams within the bank.
In this role, you will act as the OFSAA Initiative Lead and Business Solution SME providing specialised on-going support and guidance to both upstream and downstream applications and systems throughout the delivery lifecycle.
This role has a focus on ensuring GT D&S meets Enterprise Data Governance standards through effective implementation of data management practises as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, operational efficiencies and reporting of these metrics.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong experience in and a demonstrated understanding of Operational Risk and Compliance Frameworks and experience in managing Operations Risk.
Experience in planning and managing communications spanning planning, sequencing, key messages, cross system engagement to ensure my target audience is informed. I am a passionate communicator and possess problem solving skills, with the ability to use insights to influence key decisions
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and influence with stakeholders at all levels and can use consulting methods to facilitate perspectives and insights.
Experience in successfully delivering solutions within complex large scale data processing environments and can recognize the common challenges and adapt accordingly to ensure high quality outcomes.
Exposure to applications/solutions leveraging data warehousing concepts; with the ability to analyse and solve complex problems using a range of techniques Applications/solutions leveraging data warehousing concepts
Experience with agile project delivery, and a proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively - whether it's Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
