Growth Lead

As an experienced marketing and sales leader, you will lead the global revenue generation efforts with focus on the Australian market. In order to drive pipeline and revenue, you will oversee the Sales and Marketing teams and foster collaborations and synergy and engage in various partnerships in Australia.

As the Growth Lead,

• Utilize your skills as a strategic leader to develop and execute growth strategies on a global scale
• Backed by strong data analysis, you will recommend strategic decisions to identify growth opportunities and will monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
• With your vision to build a culture of innovation and collaboration, you will oversee business development efforts in Australia and drive revenue growth in the region by creating a strong market presence.
• You will lead and inspire a cross-functional global team, provide coaching and mentorship and collaborate with HR to attract the best local talent

More about you?

• You have proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-growth environment and you thrive in achieving and exceeding revenue targets on a global scale
• eCommerce marketing is your bread and butter and you have a proven track record of both global and Australian market success
• You thrive in an environment the fosters innovation, partnerships and growth and can lead teams in a remote set-up
