Job description

  • Work four days from our Surry Hills office, one day from home
  • Opportunities to advance your career as the company grows
  • Impactful and rewarding role helping improve men’s health

G’day, we’re Mosh

Our mission is to get Aussies the best possible health outcomes through best-in class health programs. We know the current healthcare system is not meeting the needs of the modern Australian, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our solutions for hair loss, sexual health, skin care, mental health and weight management are easy, affordable and completely discreet.

More than a job

There’s nothing better than the feeling that what you’re doing matters and makes a difference. We’re pretty lucky this is the norm and not the exception for us. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this Growth Product Manager will work closely with our design, engineering and marketing teams to define & execute on Mosh’s product led growth (PLG) strategy, and deliver on an iterative experimentation roadmap to consistently improve the acquisition & retention of customers.

What you’ll do

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional team including engineers and product designers, working with marketing teams to build Mosh’s PLG (product led growth) strategy and experimentation roadmap
  • Be responsible for your defining & delivering on your team’s roadmap, the point person for cross functional communication with leadership, medical operations, customer support and marketing, specifically focused on:
    • Outline the opportunity & focus areas while executing on iterations to our acquisition, conversion and retention funnels using tools such as VWO to AB test improvements
    • Identifying partnerships and growth strategies to diversify away from our existing acquisition channels, and into more efficient, untested channels
    • Defining how we’ll scale into helping more Australians with non medication based health problems using our brand new mobile app
    • Identifying new marketing technology tools to partner and integrate with (e.g. CRM platforms) to help scale our acquisition & retention experience in partnership with our marketing teams
  • Help assess new opportunities by understanding new problems through user research, quantify the impact to our patients and determining the key measure of success as you outline the plan to successfully deliver on them
  • Work in an agile environment that’s actually agile: you’ll be iterating on ideas and shipping them to customers weekly based on customer feedback and business needs
  • Lead user research sessions with product design to discover and test new experiences, and ensure we bring the right ones to life, sharing your experiences with the company at our bi-weekly showcases
  • Serve as a contributor to the product, design and data team’s culture by bringing new perspectives and ways of working to uplevel everyone’s work

Experience you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is curious and committed to delighting customers at every touchpoint. Someone who works best in a collaborative, flexible environment and open to learning, testing ideas, and

iterating based on customer feedback frequently.

You’ll be juggling a few projects simultaneously but be guided by an experienced team to improve your craft and step into more senior roles. A passion for health and solving the challenges facing men in the healthcare sector is also a huge plus!

  • You’ve got at least 3+ years of product management experience from working within a tech company, and can speak to how your work contributed towards its success
  • You’ve come from a Growth Product management, or a growth marketing background originally and are comfortable using experimentation tools such as VWO or Optimizely to setup and run experiments
  • You’re a data informed thinker, an expert with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI to partner with data analytics to outline clear goals for your work, assess the statistical significance of your experiments, and roll them out to cohorts of people using feature flagging tools
  • You’ve spent equal amounts of time doing qualitative interviews and asking the right questions, as you have measuring the quantitative results of your releases to make the right decisions
  • You’re as comfortable in the weeds on technical details and user stories as you are with longer term strategy and thinking from first principles with your decisions
  • You over communicate, can distill information to the right level of detail for the right audience,
  • You love moving at incredible speed and have a bias for action. You’ll need it, you’ll be in the decision makers seat on our core platform.

What’s on offer

We hire teammates that share our values, believe in our mission and are passionate about the future of men’s health. Some of the reasons our team loves Mosh include:

  • We’re a creative, friendly and collaborative bunch that’s incredible passionate about creating best in health programs
  • There’s lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the company with access to on-demand training
  • If you’re in Sydney, a fully stocked drinks fridge and snack bar
  • You can access to up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • You get discounts on a range of Mosh products and services
  • Two extra days of holiday leave each year
  • We work flexibly from home under a hybrid model in Sydney, with an emphasis on work life balance
  • Our work makes a real, positive impact on the lives of others
