Form of workYour responsibilities will include developing cost-effective marketing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, seamlessly manage Product Lifecycles, and take your team on the journey.
Your leadership qualities will see you succeed in this role, however your day will be combined with the following duties;
- Craft clear, aligned product vision based on researching market trends, customer needs, and company strategy. Measure: Clarity and engagement with the vision.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for product development and market entry, ensuring timely launches and budget adherence.
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness, measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, resource optimization, and achievement of fiscal year KPIs.
- Lead and develop teams to foster engagement, talent growth, and high performance.
- Continuously gather insights to inform strategies and decisions, utilising decision metrics and Voice-of-Customer activity.
- Oversee Product Lifecycle to ensure timely updates and customer satisfaction, monitoring lifecycle performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, or related field with 10 years' experience.
- Data wizard: Love analysing audience segments, extracting insights, and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Campaign maestro: Juggling multi-channel campaigns with confidence, proven success in email, SMS, and direct marketing.
- MarTech maestro: Fluent in Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Bonus points for Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio!
