GUEST RELATIONS CONSULTANT
LOCATION: SYDNEY
SALARY PACKAGE: up to $70K + Super + Incentive Bonus
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Provide excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Retain and increase current customer base by resolving all enquiries
• Respond to all queries in writing predominantly through email
• Build customer loyalty by offering solutions to ensure tour guests needs are met
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Promote and sell value added products
• Provide expert support to retail travel agents
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Passion for travel and customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within a call-centre environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and results oriented
