GUEST RELATIONS CONSULTANT LOCATION: SYDNEY SALARY PACKAGE: up to $70K + Super + Incentive Bonus
ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Retain and increase current customer base by resolving all enquiries
Respond to all queries in writing predominantly through email
Build customer loyalty by offering solutions to ensure tour guests needs are met
Provide outstanding customer service and support
Promote and sell value added products
Provide expert support to retail travel agents

Passion for travel and customer service
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience within a call-centre environment
Excellent attention to detail
