Guest Service Agent

Hotel Rottnest and Samphire Rottnest, located on the premiere tourist destination Rottnest Island, are well known for offering a unique experience with amazing views over Thomson Bay. Samphire Rottnest offers 80 suites, pools, Food and Beverage options and multiple indoor/ outdoor function facilities.
 
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Hotel Reception Agents and Reservation Agents able to work well in a very fast paced environment. Having worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
 
Role Description:

• Check in and check out of guests
• Answering customers inquiries over phone and email
• Processing payments
• Reservations telephone sales
• Ensuring the safety and security of the Hotel at all times
• Offering room service

Eligibility Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hotel Reception Guest Service Agent.
• Working knowledge of Guest Centrix or similar Property Management System
• Working knowledge of Levart or similar channel manager
• Able to commute from Fremantle ferry terminal or live on the Island.
